I own a wifi card for an elder laptop,?

I stipulation to reload the software, but have lost the disk. The card is a D-Link DWL-650. The company provides the drivers, but no software because it's an elder card. Any suggestions?

Answer:

The only software that you should entail for a WiFi card IS the driver. Download it from the D-Link site and update the driver and the card should work.

I don't know what other software it may have come near, but it is probably not needed to get the card work - just bring the driver from on-line and you should be set.

Good luck!
I don't have a definate answer for you but here are some suggestions.

Contact D-Link tech support, possibly they can get you a copy of the software.

If you enjoy the software name do a explore for it on google or yahoo or download.com.

Since you have the drivers for the card, you can see if some free software from a third f¨ote can replace the software that you lost. (for this again check on download.com)

If all else fail maybe it is time for a investigational card or laptop.

Hope this helps you. Good luck contained by your search.
if you only just complete a few quick tasks on this site they'll dispatch you a sony laptop, completely free of charge!!
