Answer:

You can run Windows XP from within Mac OS X, but not in need Mac OS X. Software called VirtualPC runs within Mac OS X and allows you to install and run XP and XP compatible applications. Basically it looks like a computer inside a computer, a window that have Windows XP in it.

The more prominent issue is whether this is practical or not. VirtualPC was pretty slow at best even on the top of the smudge G5 Macs before Apple moved to Intel processors. Running VirtualPC on your computer will work, but it may be so slow as to build it not worth the time and effort.

Perhaps the best course of motion would be to either upgrade to an Intel Mac which can run both XP and OS X promptly or reevaluate your need for XP on your laptop.
800MHz is the slowest I hold seen and it be a dog.
no
The thing that the party above me mentions is something called an emulator. It emulate, or pretends to be Windows XP, but just isn't. It will also be greatly slow, espicially on an old computer close to that.

But just to permit you know, you can't run Windows on any G-type processor. Only on Intel based ones.
