I enjoy a brand unsullied laptop, near Windows Vista. Memory Dump Crash?

I am moving MP3 files to a PROduo stick via usb. When I drag and drop, it turns blue and say dumping physical memory to disk, and other things. I havent even done anything with this computer to mess it up.
