I hold a unknown dell laptop. I can receive email via outlook but CANNOT SEND emails out. Why?

McAfee displays this message: One or more emails cannot be sent. After you verify the format of your receiver addresses, McAfee recommend those messages from your email program. What does this mean?

Answer:

You probably set it up incorrectly

check the format of the email address that you put in the To enclosed space. make sure it have the format name@domain.com. no spaces before, after, or surrounded by between letters. if ur sending it to multiple address, separate them w/ a semi-colon (;). and also before sending out the message w/ the right email address format, delete those impending messages in ur outbox to clear the queue.
its your POP setting. out look sucks anyway both of them. if your computer crashes u lose adjectives your contacs and e mails. if you use a server you will never lose them + you can access you email from any be. cant do that with outlook.
