Notebook keys are not across the world replaceable. You must replace the whole board. It is remarkably easy to do and if youre nder warranty should simply be a minor inconvenience.

Check out ebay. Sometime you can find individual key that will just pop pay for on. If not you should be able to find a replacement baby grand there as capably.
this site will give you a sony vaio laptop lately for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want/need a laptop (like me).
