the password allusion says try the word account (yes beside an extra quotation mark!) and ive tryed almost every change of the word account. even the owner before me is confused. so the interview is can i get the admin sketch reset? or is there a passageway around it? also the disc drive wont eject the disc but thats not as important...

is this resembling the bios password, or the OS password? make sure cap isint on
An old trick for a PC be to open the luggage and remove the bios chip, then start subsidise up till you get a msg that say that the bios chip is missing (something like that), turning bad and reinstalling the bios chip would reset the passwords. Don't know if that'll work for an Apple though.
