I would go a touch cheaper and forget the video card. Though at that price I think that's probably integerated or turbocached, and not 256MB faithful. Can you link to the laptop, because it in actual fact seems too honourable for the price, espicially from Dell.
it is a good buy, but graphics card may be an overkill for your purpose, integrated graphics will do this style of job purely fine.
