I get an Alienware Area-51 7700 laptop next to a Nvidia GeForce Go 6800. Can I upgrade it to a better video card?

When I travel to the Device Manager and open the properties for the video card, beneath location it says PCI Slot 1 (PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0)

yeah, the graphics card is base on mxm 3, so your options are 6800 ultra, 7800GTX, 7900GTX and (i think) 7950 GTX! although they are REALLY expensive.
